Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn gear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and survival utility components are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
